Gingers Baking Company was opened in 2019 by Mandy and John Gay to share their love of the iconic New England treat, WHOOPIE PIES (we see you, GOB lovers 😁)! What began as a hobby and a weekend gig at local farmer markets has bloomed into this, and we are ready to share it with the masses! GBC's scratch-made, fresh-baked whoopie pies, cookies, custom cakes, and more are available in the heart of Downtown Winter Garden, Florida. Did we mention we SHIP?

"I had your plain chocolate whoopie pie(s) from JAVA at the Walt Disney Swan Hotel. In fact, my family and I have purchased several over the past few days. Actually, I just wiped them out of today's supply a few minutes ago. I was born and raised in NJ/PA and are used to excellent whoopie pies from the Amish. I am a home cook/chef and I know great food when I taste it. I usually can tell you the ingredients in any dish (hot, cold, entree, dessert, sides, savory or sweet) just by tasting them.
