My name is Mandy and I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and Gingers Baking Co.

Our Story
For as long as I can remember, I was spoiled with scratch-made desserts born from exceptional grandparents on both sides and my mother, who is just brilliant in front of a mixer and oven. As I went off on my own, I realized my love of transforming raw ingredients. I discovered that baking really does run in my family! It was all making sense. I started experimenting with ingredients and manipulating recipes until they became my own. I baked and baked and asked, “Is this a skill I could turn into a full-time career?” This was a question I kept asking myself until the answer became clear, and in July 2020, I quit my full-time job to focus completely on my passion for baking.
Gingers Baking Co was born a few years ago when two redheads (aka my husband and me) bonded over many things including a massive sweet tooth and love of homemade goodies. Fast forward to today, and Gingers Baking Co now travels all over the Orlando region popping up and delivering all sorts of baked deliciousness like whoopie pies, coconut macaroons, cookies, cakes, and MORE!
